Why this change
The rebranding is part of HEXPOL Group’s Strategic Plan 2030, which envisions the progressive alignment of all operating companies under a single brand identity.
Over the years, the Group has grown by integrating different organizations, each with specific expertise and a strong local identity. Today, operating under one brand means:
- greater transparency toward the market,
- simpler and more consistent communication,
- a stronger and more recognizable global positioning.
Every important evolution is built on a solid history.
The rebranding of the MESGO sites represents a natural step in the Group’s growth journey: a strategic choice that strengthens what we have been so far, making it clearer and more recognizable at an international level.
This is not an abrupt change, but a consistent evolution, designed to guide customers, partners, and employees into a new phase, without disrupting the operational and relational continuity built over time.

Beyond names and logos, the real value remains unchanged:
people.
The same technical, sales, and production teams remain.
The expertise developed over the years remains.

How the MESGO site names are changing
Starting in 2026, the Group’s companies will operate under the following names:
MESGO S.p.A. – Carobbio → HEXPOL Gorlago S.p.A.
MESGO S.p.A. – Gorlago → HEXPOL Gorlago S.p.A.
MESGO Iride Colors S.r.l. → HEXPOL Garlasco S.r.l.
MESGO Asia (Kauçuk) → HEXPOL Sekerspinar SAN. VE TIC. LTD.
MESGO Polska Sp. z o.o. → HEXPOL Tomaszów Sp. z o.o.
Each site will continue to operate with the same structure, the same people, and the same expertise that have made it a reference point in its field.
